We prepare & make everything ourselves from scratch, unless under time-pressure, then we have a few reliable sources who make things like, croissants, pita breads, puri pattas, etc etc… We use the highest quality products & ingredients possible.
I can organise all your hiring, using reliable, upmarket function-hire companies. I have professional, friendly bar-staff, waitrons & wash-up staff should you need to hire any. If you are wanting a team to completely take over your bar-service for you, I can organise this also.

I am a Cordon Bleu chef, with 20 years experience in the hospitality & food industry. I completed, cum laude, a 3 year Grande Diploma in Cordon Bleu at Silwood Kitchen School of Food & Wine, in Rondebosch Cape Town. I have worked in many restaurants & hotels as well as with catering companies in the Cape, Durban, England & France, collecting invaluable experience. I also worked for Margaret Thatcher’s family as their private chef & caterer. I’ve spent many years in the film, TV, photography & concert industry, feeding crew, models & actors as well as production-managing still photographic shoots.
